Provide a report outlining and recommendations regarding:

  1. Upper division courses to be delivered online.

  2. Development schedule for courses not yet developed (to be delivered by WVU Tech faculty).

  3. Courses that could be taken by WVU Tech students through WVU Morgantown’s online offerings.

  4. Courses that WVU Tech could offer online and potentially serve WVU Morgantown students.
