The ad hoc RBA committee is charged with providing recommendations regarding expansion of marketing and recruitment of the RBA program. It will also examine methodology to offer upper division online courses to RBA students. The committee will also undertake intensive study to recommend programmatic changes to support student success, degree competition and improve program marketability.

The ad hoc Class Times, Course Modalities, and Course Sharing committee will investigate methodology to deliver upper division courses online, the development of a schedule to expand course offerings, examining courses that could be taken through WVU Morgantown's online campus, and investigating courses which could be offered by WVU Tech online which could be utilized by students on the WVU Morgantown campus.

The ad hoc Promotion and Tenure Documents committee will study the documents related to the provision of tenure and promotion to recommend amendments which focus on rewarding service activities. The committee will also study the institution's definition of "service" and offer recommendations to change the definition if appropriate. The committee will also review definitions and roles of teaching and research and how those definitions meet the WVU Tech mission.
